Youth Chapel on Sundays
Youth Chapel is offered monthly in conjunction with our 10 AM Holy Eucharist, given our youth engaging topics of discussion and activity to help inform their faith. Join us today!
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd on Sundays
Ms. Sylvia Allen is our wonderful catechist on Sundays at 10 AM for children. Our catechisis room has beautiful little-people-sized furniture, for arts & crafts, and worship to experience the liturgy. Sometimes the children know more about liturgy than their parents! Children young and old are drawn to the presence of God in the Catechisis room. Come and see!
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Know someone who needs healing prayers? Members of our congregation knit prayer shawls and we pray and bless them on Sundays to heal and comfort those who are in need. We've heard about great results! Contact the office for more information.
Community Outreach Ministries
We have many community outreach ministries during the year: Shared Bread (cooking and serving the homeless once a quarter), Christmas Tree Giving Ministry, Habitat for Humanity, and more. Our outreach is supported by Scrip, bake sales, the artisan fair and cook sale, and other fundraisers. Thanks for your generosity!
Serving on Sundays
Scheduled Ushers, Readers, and Chalice Bearers for this Sunday plus the readings for the day are found on the Serving at Christ Church blogspot. If you would like to volunteer to serve in any of these positions, please send us an e-mail.
Altar Guild
Who sets the table for Holy Eucharist and does everything behind the scenes for floral arrangements, linens, oil in the candles, and more? The Altar Guild does! If you are interested in becoming a part of the Altar Guild, raise your hand and tell us at a Sunday service, we would love to have you.
